SEPTEMBER RIDE REPORT

What a well organised ride was put on by the Gross/Bryant/Johnston families. We left the clubrooms at 9.30 headed via Ceres, Pollocksford to Inverleigh where we were treated to a sumptuous home made morning tea of scones and muffins washed down with a hot drink, all provided by the organisers. Then on the road again to Teasdale, Lethbridge and onto Maude where we were treated to a great BBQ lunch followed by more home made cakes and slices. After lunch when all thank you’s were done, we all made our own way home. A good day was had by all.

It was a very windy but dry ride with 25 club members and friends attending, there were also a couple of prospective new members who came along to see what we do and how we do it. We had the back up trailer on hand, thanks for towing it Jay, but it was not needed for any recoveries.
