Red Plate Monday Ride Report 11-08-25
A cold & foggy start. Guzzi Phil astonished us when he arrived with a coffee he grabbed at the drive through.
Destination Moriac Store via Barwon Heads ,where the fog lifted for a short moment.
The rest ride was in thick fog, led by Ross Johnston who received the pigs ear for his breakdown the previous week.
Tail rider was Stan.
Thanks Guy for the photos and the report

Red Plate Monday Ride Report 28-07-25
We met on Barrabool Road under clear blue sky and a chill in the air as expected at this time of year.
With Mal away after his ankle operation, it was great to hear everything went well, we look forward to his return and joke telling prowess.
I led the 11 riders and 1 driver to our Ceres regroup and then out Merrawarp Road where it appears one rider had a visor issue and became disconnected from the group despite Fred Goldwing our tail rider waiting for him.
We proceeded through Gheringhap, Maude and Stieglitz to Meredith for our coffee and hot food.
Our first choice of venue was closed so another suggestion was put forth and when we arrived it too was closed so we ended up at the Roadhouse.
As we pulled up it started to drizzle which was not good as all seating is outdoors but that soon stopped.
Unfortunately our lost rider did not appear despite our destination being stated at the briefing.
While most headed home the highway I thought I would go back via She Oaks which was a bad choice and rode straight into heavy rain!
