We can do the default run to Lorne, or we can do a run to Gordon.
Gordon run – Leave clubhouse at 9.30am, regroup at Ceres then ride to Meredith service station for a 20 min break were fuel can be obtained. Then to Gordon for lunch.
There is a pub and cafe in Gordon.
Nearest Fuel from Gordon is east at Ballan 12kims or west towards Balarat on freeway BP 18 klms.
Total trip to Gordon is around 195 klms with about 2Hrs of riding.

The Annual Phil & Grossy’s BUSH ‘N’ ROAD Ride is on again, Definitely one not to be missed after the great success of this ride in previous years, pencil it in on your calendars now – Sunday September the 14th
DIRT RIDE starting point is on the Rokewood / Ballarat rd 2 km S/W of Enfield meeting around 9.00am, ride starting 9.30am, if you reach The Little Hard Hills hotel you have gone 2 kms too far. The ride is approx 42 km Returning to the start point for a BBQ lunch by gold coin donation. A 5 out of 10 on the hardness scale & with the recent weather riding conditions should be ideal.
The ROAD RIDE will be from the South Geelong clubrooms, meeting around 9.00am leaving 9.30am, The planned route is to Ceres, Gnarwarre, Inverleigh, Winchelsea, Ombersley, Eurack, Beeac, Creesy, Werneth, Pitfield, Cape Clear, Illabarook, Dereel, meeting at Bush ride for the gold coin donation BBQ lunch around 1230pm, The road ride is approx 180km, so fuel up before leaving home.
I’ve also been told that we are in for an added treat with Wendy’s world famous Scone being made available again this year, complete with fresh cream and jam !.
Last fuel heading out will be at Winchelsea, and then fuel coming home available at Buninyong, Napoleons or Bannockburn, depending on your route back home.
