The Club’s Vice President – Andrew Barrett has once again escaped the Geelong Summer and is currently in Finland, warming up His Ice Speedway Bike (literally using a propane Blow Torch!) and about to get some time on the Ice, Hopefully in some local Race events.

Andrew has attracted the attention of Norbert Ockenga, a very highly respected German motoring journalist, television commentator & of Publisher of the extremely popular Pitwalk magazine.

Norbert has publish an excellent article about Andrew’s Ice Adventures Titled “Oulu instead of Uluru”, plus an accompanying video interview with Andrew which Nortbert has posted on his Pitwalk YouTube channel.
